We deliver Mon-Fri until 12:00 depending on requirements. In Upper Austria and Salzburg, we deliver Mon-Wed until 12:00. We endeavor to deliver all deliveries of the day by noon at the latest so that you can enjoy your lunch break on time. Please note, however, that we cannot always guarantee this, as there may be various unexpected delays on the delivery route (e.g. traffic jams, road closures, accidents, etc.) If we notice that a delivery is delayed, you will be informed immediately.

We are in constant contact with existing and new food partners to keep bringing you new, exciting products in the Schrankerl. Whether it's new main courses from well-known restaurants or snacks from small Austrian start-ups, there are always new surprises in the Schrankerl.

Food is often still safe to eat after its best-before date (BBD). You can check this simply by looking, smelling and tasting. We automatically offer the following discounts on such food: 0% on the day of the best-before date 50% one day after the best-before date 100% two days or more after the best before date Please contact our support team at support@schrankerl.at with a picture of the food where the best-before date is clearly visible. Our team will check all products that are still in the cupboard when new products are delivered. Food on the best-before date will be checked and donated if it is still OK.
